Account Reconciliation

• ISE maintains a shadow financial database developed in Microsoft Access, which combines data from Columbia's FFE, CAR, A/P and FAS systems.
• One of ISE's primary functions is to provide all Principal Investigators with user friendly financial sheets.
• The data is matched with Columbia's Financial Reports on a monthly basis.
• Generally, ISE distributes monthly summary reports to each PI of his/her funding sources and summary payroll statement. Detailed statements, data feeds and many specialized custom reports are available
